Looking back on your high school softball career, what's one thing you wish you could go back and tell your freshman self? It's just a game. It's okay to not be perfect, move on from your mistakes and turn them into something positive you can grow from.

What's been your proudest moment playing softball? My proudest moment was making the high school team freshman year because without that I would not have made all the amazing friends and connections I have now.

Favorite food or snack? Mexican food and Rye chips

Favorite school subject? Science

Salty or Sweet? Salty

As a senior, what are some of the goals you have for yourself and the team this season? My goal for myself is to relax and have fun. I will always push myself to be better, but I want to enjoy this season to the fullest with my amazing team. My goal for the team is for everyone to put in 110% effort, lifting everyone up when they're down and pushing each other to be their very best.

Looking back on your high school softball career, what's one thing you wish you could go back and tell your freshman self? I wish I could tell my freshman self to get out of her head and just breathe and play the game.

What's been your proudest moment playing softball? My proudest moment playing softball is the season during travel ball where I was hitting leadoff and leading the team in hits and RBIs. Another proud moment is getting called up to the varsity roster as a freshman and going on to letter as a freshman.

Salty or Sweet? Salty

Do you have any dream colleges that you would love to play softball at? I don’t really want to play in college

How many years or seasons have you played softball? Since I was about 6 so roughly 10 years

Looking back on your high school softball career, what's one thing you wish you could go back and tell your freshman self? To be herself and worry less about what others think her because her worth is not defined by her performance or other’s opinions.

What's been your proudest moment playing softball? I’ve once caught for nearly 5 hours straight and actually did it incredibly too, so I always think back to that moment whenever I believe I’m too tired to push through something. I’m also incredibly proud of my travel ball team because I’ve stuck with them for the last 6-7 years and watching us all grow and become so much better is more valuable to me than anything else.

Favorite food or snack? Any kind of cheese-flavored chips or ramen

Favorite school subject? Language Arts or US History

Salty or Sweet? Sweet

As a senior, what are some of the goals you have for yourself and the team this season? I really want this team to actually get along which I know is a bit much considering we’re all teenage girls, but I feel like there’s always some level of drama between girls and I would love if everyone got along to some level. I also would like to incorporate more drills during practices and enforce more effort as well because I feel like laziness/too much talking has become a little too common (specifically over by the cages; some drills would probably help girls avoid just sitting around and actually get some quality swings).

How many years or seasons have you played softball? 12 years

Looking back on your high school softball career, what's one thing you wish you could go back and tell your freshman self? Don’t be afraid to fail. Keep pushing yourself to reach your goals, and stay focused on your priorities. It’s hard to be incredible at everything, but focus on one small thing and you’ll do more than you ever thought you could.

What's been your proudest moment playing softball? My proudest moment in softball is seeing the team come together as more than just teammates. The support from the other girls is like no other, and when something happens you can always count on them. Even if it’s a bad game, or you don’t have a great practice, the group that’s around you is always there and is still choosing to show up for everyone else.
